An hr of Fame...


2mths of preparation & within an hr its over. Most enjoyable part is the stay at Pan Pac.. i love the comfy bed & bathroom...also not forgetting the beautiful secenery frm our balcony. Tat nite we surprise him wif a bday cake... & he was touched, even said he almost forgot its his bday tat day. Mai gei gei la... I purposely choose the same day to be more memorable mah.. But too bad we din ve time to swim thou we brought our swimming gear. Next time ba... kakaka.... when uh? Also sad tat no breakfast is included lei.. we gotta walk to MS for long john breakfast but not too bad thou. Yum Yum. Ok.. here some pics to share.

Still not really prepared mentally & physically.. my face is in a "mess".. two healing pimple scars & two little break-out greeting me. Sickening.. ask myself "why at tis time?" My alero vera gel running out so i pray to myself ... "pimple..pimple pls diminish asap".. i did wash down wif at least 5 cups of water/day & had an orange everyday but still.. not sure wat's wrong wif me... is it the haze or i m too stressed up?

Juz hope everything will turn out fine tat day... haizz.. i only look forward to lunch buffet.. hmm..

Last sun, we manage to step into the newly opened Vivo city. But we spent almost half & hr getting into the carpark. Firstly, we were stuck in the jam for almost 20mins, next.. security guards were blocking the carpark L1 & L2 entries..wat the? So we decided to park at Harbour front but notice that there is a long queue into the carpark.. we almost gif up & left. As we made our way towards keppel rd, from opposite we saw the vivo city carpark is opened again.. so we decided to u-turn bck. Tat Kenneth almost lost his temper.. tks to me.. i manage to calm him down. After all the hassle.. we made it there. Oh..boy.. it was really crowded tat day.. perhaps bcos it was free parking day. Bought a dress & a pair of shoes for my rom & ended up eating at the food republic wif my sis they all. We made a wrong choice. Food court style yet pricing were super unresonable. $4.30 for nasi lemak & $6 bucks for kim chi korean noodle. We will never eat there again le.

Happy Family...

My fren, jacq finally delivered on last sun, 08-Oct at 11:23am by caserean. When I visited her in the hospital yesterday she was already walking & yaking away...no one would believed she had juz given birth lor. Her hubby said she did not rest much. Seem tat she was too excited to rest.. relieved or excited? Well, she's happy now that she no need to walk like an orang utan anymore.

How would one noe if he/she is ready to be a parent? How do you know if you can afford a baby?

Besides time & $$ I think there are still alot of factors tat we need to consider when you plan to have a kid. Love, Patience, Understanding, Communication... etc... not an easy task. Anyway, I am very happy to see Jacq being a mother... it's reali a joyous moment.. take a look at her baby's boy pics.. his name is dayshawn. Err..apologise tat pics may not be so clear..its time to change hp.

Wa... the haze is reali bad... the smell of burnt is not bearable anymore. PSI is now 80? Yet news still said it is under control...

So does it mean everyone will end up at the clinic wif sore throat & cough?

Will it be very painful?
The pain from wearing braces has been exaggerated. The placement of braces is painless but once the pressure from the braces sets in, there may be some discomfort in the first few days. With the use of more "patient friendly" tooth-moving wires such as the titanium wires, the level of discomfort is significantly reduced.After this initial breaking-in period, patients are able to adapt well to the braces. The levels of discomfort vary with the thresholds of the individuals with a small group of patients even reporting minimal or no discomfort. Most patients reported the discomfort as mainly due to a mild ache or tenderness of teeth during chewing. Each subsequent adjustment of the braces may again cause some discomfort that lasts for only 2 to 4 days. The level of discomfort will also lessen as the treatment progresses.For lingual (invisible) braces, patients may experience soreness of the tongue and some initial speech impairment such as lisping. However, almost all patients with lingual braces adapt to it within a month.

I wondered.. how cum I never get a nice set of teeth like the below lei? Why my eldest sis, peng's teeth is much nicer than mine? why is it so unfair wor? Hmmm..

My couzie will be bringing me to this so called handsome dentist in town this Sat. She claimed that he looked like TCS actor, Chen Zhi Cai tat Xiang Yun's hubby la. Sure anot? Dun waste my time lei.. anyway she helped me make appt le so i shall go & take a look. Main purpose is to seek consultation on my teeth la.. see if he can fix them lo.. My couzie is wearing braces now & seem like this is the IN thing now lei.. somemore got colours braces eh lei. Of coz being the vain me will ask if I can do that "invisible" braces lor.. if not take pics not nice. But.. heard its more costly... shhh... cannot say how much here.. wait got spy expose me.

Enjoy first...feel happy & shop la.. but of cos cannot overdo it la. No $$ in rainy days can be quite a miserable thing. In Singapore, no $$ no tok. rite? No need to step out of the house also need to pay $$ lei..
