Tried making choc chips muffins last nite but this time added cocoa powder with compliments from Peng's MIL (i refuse to buy cos the stupid cocoa powder cost so ex.. $6 or $7+ per tin lor)... Anyway tink this time muffins is juz nice cos not too hard or soft... texture is juz rite... so maybe the cocoa powder make a difference afterall.

Finally my hair now straighter....

Pple said now rebonding not in liao but i still went to do cos i bth my hair liao.. early morn blow straight go out reach mrt luan ki again.. haiz.. waste my effort lor. On Sat i happen to go facial & went to chck the price of soft rebond near my beautican shop at Lucky Plaza. WOA KAO... the hair saloon wan charge me $110... i told the hairdresser ok.. i'll cum bck after facial.. as i walk i tink.. wah lau $110 for my hair length quite ex leh.. not worth it. I also asked my beautican if tat saloon is ok she said they normally quote u one price when u go there they'll ask u do this do tat top up till alot one.. but still if u keep insist u wan rebond to them only dun tink need to top up la.. but still scared of being "chop" rite... Den suddenly i rem my beautican shop is shared by another hair saloon next door one & the hair dresser, Jenny who is quite friendly always came over & tok to my beautican one so i asked my beautican if she is ok.. she said ok leh.. her Pri 6 daughter also let her do rebond b4. So she shouted to the Jenny tat her customer (who is me) is goin over.. so i pop over & ask her how much.. she said $70 + treatment + cut.. (but end up i no cut lah.. cos i dun wan to lugi...ahaha) wu hua leh.. so i do lor... ta-da.. here's my straighten hair...

Banana Choc-Chip Muffins receipe...........

1 large ripe banana
1 cup milk
1 egg
60g margarine, melted
180g self-raising flour
125g caster or fine sugar
125g choc bits

1). In a mixing bowl mash the banana and add the milk, egg and margarine. Mix well.

2). Stir the flour, sugar and choc bits into the banana mixture,
mix only until the ingredients are combined

3). Spoon the mixture into well greased muffin tins. Bake in an oven at 190C for 20mins. Serve warm or cold

Not sure if his meeting wif his boss is over by now liao.. this meeting will determine if our oz holiday trip will still be onz..sigh.. Gotta pray hard tat his boss will not "dekan" him b4 he go on leave.. there r two possibilites... A). his boss arrow him wif his on gg project & said... "u better do this do tat to improve the result b4 the dead-line." (den tat's it liao... oz trip will be cancelled due to his fxxxxxx boss) B). Boss said "ok.. u go on leave ba meantime try this & tat.. after u come bck from leave I wan better results..." (heng lor.. we still can proceed wif our oz trip) But yday i show him the free&easy details he's not very keen cos he's worried tat all those optional tours will add up too much amount.. haizzz... wan to go holiday also not so smooth de... si buay sian.

As usual, each yr our office will pray for the 7th mth & tday is the praying day. We each paid $10 for the goodies, meat & the incense paper. Goodies bags will be distributed to everyone after the praying session. Last sun 7th mth dinner invited by claw was quite an enjoyable one.. we tuck in happily in every dishes.. being a glutton i like almost every dishes leh.. esp the roasted pig, prawns n fishes.. for photos.. you can refer to angela's blog http://www.paparazzilala.blogspot.com/

ICEKIMO with frens on National Day....







After icekimo we went upper pierce reservior & FC became so excited upon seeing the helicopters & the SG flag... he kept jumping up & down like the monkeys & start snappings pics...siao lor.. like never see b4 lor. That place is quite nice to relax & enjoy the breeze...& also to watch monkeys. OH ya.. but canot feed the monkeys leh.. not only will get fine $250, FC said we muz not let the monkeys rely on our food coz they stay in the wild so muz let them go n find their own food.. if not they will juz wait there for passbys to gif them food like beggers & will not go find their food in the forest.. After viewing monkeys, we proceed to Central Mall to park our car cos FC insisted tat he wanted to watch the fireworks.. & he made us walk to UOB building cos he claimed tat the fireworks will be released frm tat building. Bluff us lor..after waiting for 15mins.. fireworks started n end up we kena blocked by the buildings.. UOB building only release 3X of fireworks like siam sai like tat.. KNS! In the end, we walked bck towards the tunnel to Central Mall to view the rest of the fireworks... seem tat this yr NDP fireworks is nothing great.. so short n not very entertaining.. unlike CNY lor. OK la..at least after tat FC still volunteer to buy us beer at brew-woks but not dinner leh...ya..only beer nia.. ahaha.. ok pictures time.
