A day at Sentosa with my family

Sis Carolyn got a free nite stay at Sentosa Siloso Beach Resort sponsored by her company. Due to the budget given, she only managed to book the Jacuzzi Villa with a queen size bed. She decided to let our parents stay for the nite and during the day time all of us went and spent a day there. Luckily they let us check-in early so we managed to swim b4 the rain started. We spent the rest of the afternoon taking tram around the beach.

Japan Tibits

Bght this japan tibits from OG yday. The picture of the fish on the wrapper looks big which is alittle deceiving. Picture always very different from real thing. But when i opened up the packet, never did i expect that the size of the fish is exactly the size on the picture. SEE.... and it taste really nice lor...

Sis made Ginger bread man cookies...

My 3rd sis made these cute ginger bread man cookies yday. There were delicious!!! And even taste of ginger.. haha... she told me she used ginger flour.. no wonder la.. Didnt know got ginger flavour flour. But some of the ginger bread man looks firece lor...

But suddenly i asked myself.. is ginger bread man related to Xmas? Kenneth said i stupid... its not related la.

So yday i've been humming Shrek song cos Shrek got gingerbread man mah...

Shopping at Army market.

Last Sat was not suppose to be my Sat roster but my manager asked me to come back to help Counselling with the casenotes. Left only at 5+pm... was quite sad that my Sat was burned but luckily later tat evening i went Army market with Kenneth for shopping. Bght a pair of imitation crocs for $6 and a pair of Lee Cooper shoes for $39.. It was a tiring day but i feel happy with my buys..

Don't be mistaken that the clip-ons comes with the shoe. I bght them from the original Crocs shop.. one pack cost $7.90. So cute lor.. pooh and piglet. Kenneth scolded me cos the clip-ons cost more ex than the shoe. But i like mah... cannot ah

Dinner with new colls at Hip Diners USA by Billy Bombers.

Last fri, i went dinner with my new colls at bugis junction followed by shopping at bugis village. Dinner very worth it.. cos got 1 for 1 main course. Paid only $16.50 for a steak + root beer float. Cheap hor? Food is also nice...

Our attempt on katsu curry rice + miso soup.

Sick of eating out, we decided to cook dinner on Sat evening. Bought the Japanese curry sauce mix (mild hot) and instant miso soup from the supermart. Actually its quite easy to make. Just cook the sauce with water and add in carrots, potato, onions & meat cubes and there u go.. a nice katsu curry meal! Of cos rem to cook rice la... For the miso soup is lagi more easy.. just boil water and add in the packet of miso base with the other packet of seaweed+seasoning. But then that day i went to boil the carrots+potato in water first end up the potato was abit overcooked. So theory is not to boil them.. just add into the sauce and cook together will do. :)
