Decided to bake another cake for him to cut and make a birthday wish.

It's banana choc chips cake with stary colourful candles.

How old are you le huh??? Short of 5 candles :p

Let me guess what wish he make... "My company will not retrench me"??? OR " Please let me pass my driving test next Fri"....

Things that he bought for himself on his birthday...

Don't know what logic he has that he got the authority to buy things he like for himself on his birthday. So does it mean i also can do that on my birthday leh?

The transformer which he claimed that he has been searching for a long time... LIKE REAL HOR!!! Don't forget.. u still have a toyogo full of transformers sitting in Carolyn's place.

A Calvin Klein shirt, a belt and a pair of levis jeans... I asked him is he celebrating CNY soon.

Driving license in California....

Thou we had our sg driving license we still have to take the California driving license over here...the driving license here serve as and ID card too. His coll told him once he was caught by a traffic police and he showed his sg license but it was not recognised. So it's better to get the CA license asap... but it's like starting all over again to take the test plus different rules and signs to memorise and gettin them into our brains is not easy.

He made me nervous seeing him reading and memorising the night before our written test. Again.. I read till i fell asleep. ahaha..

The handbook that he had been nagging me to read... makes me feel sleepy reading it...

I managed to pass the written test on the 2nd attempt.. haha.. got 12 wrongs on the 1st test... so tricky. He manage to pass on his 1st try... SMART lah...

But down here is good that you can retake immediately if you fail...and we stand at the booth to take. Unlike sg.. gotta book again for another test date..book classroom..book this.. book that.. wasting resources...

And by the way, this is not a real license yet.. there is still a practical test. LOL... but meantime we can drive for 60days with this paper.. after that need to have a CA license driver next to you whenever you drive. He managed to book his practical on 29 Oct.. good luck! I will only take when I return.

Early Sept we were invited by his coll to a picnic at Tomales State Park - Heart Desire beach. It's a nice relaxing beach with a country side view and a great place for a picnic cum bbq session.

These are not muffins but my very 1st attempt on vanilla choc chips cup cakes. Still couldn't attain the right texture... Kenneth said it's still alittle dry :( Shall try it again to make it right...

Decided to give my Rabbie Softie a scrub and sun tan today cos she smells alittle....

It feels good waking up with a fine weather that starts you off for the day..

Gloomy weather

Was tired and lazy to cook yesterday went to tabao Jollibee fried chicken with rice... yummy!!!! Better than kfc...

I'm now chasing this korean drama - Mischievous Kiss... highly recommanded by sis Carolyn.

The storyline is really funny... the girl is so pretty and cute... thou she got single eyelids... just like my Princess Nana :)
